I was looking for a dumpster to clean out my dads apartment since he was starting chemo and his immune system was low. I was quoted $350+ everywhere and as a mother of 3, I just couldn’t afford it. Dustin, who is not local to us, reached out and offered to help us with a dumpster. Dustin drove from Clinton to Athol the next day and dropped of a dumpster PLENTY big enough for everything. An then picked it up exactly when he said he would. I won’t get specific but he really helped us out and I will always refer anyone to use Pleasant View. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!

Purchased a “bag” type dumpster from a big chain waste removal company. Bag was not very large for what they were charging to collect it either. After a prolonged period of waiting for it to be collected, I decided to call Pleasant View Waste Removal to handle it. Unfortunately, I let junk pile up in the garage, basement, outdoor shed, and some rooms in my house for a few years. Pat was very helpful in answering any questions as to what I could junk. One of the employees present at the First Day in Sterling gave me a contact to get rid all of my scrap metal for no fee! The dumpster was very easy to load. The drivers were helpful in answering some last minute questions and really knew how to make the tight turns to drop the dumpster right in front of the garage. Very reasonable price, friendly and knowledgeable staff, well-maintained equipment (like new), and pickup and drop off times were communicated and executed VERY timely. A local company so they know the area. I would be happy to recommend Pleasant View Waste Removal to anyone looking at a large cleanup job.

This is our 3rd or 4th time using Pleasant View and there is a reason why we only use them. Although business is booming for them and their schedules can be tight, they still do their best to accommodate timing for drop off and picks with my family. My husband has limited time off to do any cleaning so scheduling the dumpster drop off to get the most use can be a challenge but this team is always understanding and very friendly. The girls on the phone are professional and sweet, and the drivers do a great job with placement even when my driveway is littered with kids toys.
