This company is the best! I texted with Dustin about dumpster pricing compared to 3 other companies and they had the lowest starting cost & best variable price based on weight! They charge the same regardless of dumpster size, so I requested the 20 vs 15 to be sure. Then with a storm coming I spoke with Alexis re: immediate delivery – and they delivered it within 2 hours!! After it was loaded, I called them to pick up, and again within 2 hours Chris came and picked it up! Because of Alexis’ & Chris’ responsiveness, I was able to avoid any weight charge due to snow filling the dumpster! Incredible service! Will look to them for septic pumping in spring!

Just had a septic service done by Pleasant View Waste Removal & Porta Potties and I am very impressed!! Not only was Luis professional and thorough, he has mad driving skills!!! I have a very long and windy driveway uphill, and he backed in without a glitch. A few months back Dustin took care of my son who had a septic emergency and my daughter is next on the list for their impeccable service. Wonderful experience with our dumpster rental! When we called the office with questions and to schedule delivery, the office staff were professional and polite. The drop off was smooth and they carefully put boards under the dumpster to prevent damage to our driveway. Pickup was also prompt and smooth, TJ the driver was friendly and professional and carefully removed the dumpster. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! We called for a dumpster for our basement clean out and set everything up with Ciera, who was wonderful. She was able to schedule next day delivery, had the contract to us right away, and delivery was seamless! It was very clearly explained what we could put in the dumpster, and what would cost extra (nothing that we had!). We had the dumpster for 7 days, and pickup was also easy! Reminder texts were sent for delivery & pickup – everything was so easy!

Almost all the time you read a review you read negative comments. However, I called Pleasant View Waste Removal to get a dumpster, the customer service was top notch! I spoke to Ciera who very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained everything and even asked where I would like the dumpster to be placed on my property. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Thank you Ciera for making it so easy. Ciera could probably teach some of these larger companies some good old fashion customer service.

Such an incredible company!! My son is a big “poop truck” lover. My mom had reached out to Pleasant to see if they sold toy poop trucks with their logo on it, after having trouble finding a toy truck. They quickly responded that although they did not have toy trucks, they were willing to COME TO OUR HOUSE with real live trucks for our three year old and his pals to check out and explore. Not only that… they also brought along an incredible chocolate cake complete with a big ol’ poop emoji and poop trucks on it. I cannot say enough good things and am in awe of their kindness, generosity, and incredibly grateful!!
